Digital Cities 2024: Advancing Responsible AI and Customer-Focused Innovation
The winners of the 2024 Digital Cities Survey have been announced. Marietta, Georgia, won in the under 75,000 population categories for strengthening cybersecurity and enhancing customer service. South Bend, Indiana, topped the 75,000 to 124,999 population categories with efforts to digitize city forms and expand open Wi-Fi networks. Scottsdale, Arizona, led the 125,000 to 249,999 population categories by implementing AI platforms and improving data collection and analysis. Long Beach, California, was recognized in the 250,000 to 499,999 population categories for advancing its digital rights platform and implementing technology initiatives. Finally, San Diego, California, won in the over 500,000 population categories for its AI policy, cybersecurity efforts, and digital equity program.
